How Do I Edit or Cancel a Campaign After Submitting It?
Once a campaign or individual card is submitted through Inked, it is immediately entered into our processing system to ensure fast turnaround times. Because of this, you cannot directly edit or cancel a campaign after submission.
If you notice an error or need to cancel a campaign after submission, contact our team as soon as possible at hello@inked.com. We cannot guarantee changes, especially if the order has already been processed or mailed, but reaching out immediately gives us the best chance to intervene before production is finalized.
The preview stage exists for this reason. Before submitting any campaign, take a moment to carefully review your card’s design, message, recipient list, and return address. If you are unsure how to do this, read our full guide here. Once you click 'Send', your campaign is final. Rushing through this step increases the risk of errors that may not be reversible.
To avoid issues:
- Always double-check for typos, incorrect names, or outdated messaging.
- Verify that your custom designs are properly aligned and of high quality.
- Ensure you're sending to the correct contacts, especially when using imported lists or favorites.
