What happens if my card is not delivered to my recipient?
At Inked, we understand that sometimes addresses change, typos happen, or unforeseen delivery issues occur. If a card cannot be delivered to the recipient for any reason, it will not be lost in the system. Instead, the undeliverable card will be automatically returned to the address you provided as the sender. This way, you stay in control and never have to wonder what happened to your mail.
To view your return address before sending, go to the "Review & Send" tab when sending a card. Once there, look at the upper right-hand side. You will see a "Return Address" field. Once you receive the returned card, you’ll have the flexibility to decide your next steps. Whether you’d like to correct the address and resend it, keep it for your records, or hand-deliver it personally, the choice is entirely yours. Our goal is to ensure your message reaches its destination—or at the very least, returns safely to you if it doesn’t.
